3x Transactions can’t be resolved - Payment system ****!!

I used their online system which threw some errors 3 times when doing payment BUT my money get deducted. When you request about it, no calls been answered, no emails response. They have a **** system. I’ve been following up for 3 weeks now with no assistance. My money is gone.
