They've mandated an unauthorized debit on my account for R3800 and have not responded to my emails to make an arrangement. 2 years ago I sent an email to make an arrangement for the MTN account and they said it was closed. Now they want payment but refuse to do it on my terms. This is very worrisome as I didn't authorize anything
