Worst experience at Audi/NTT VW Kimberley

I brought my 2021 audi A5 for its annual service, now my car vibrates in the morning when i start it. Something it never did before. When collecting the vehicle i found two scratches on the back fender on the drivers side. The car wasn't washed properly. It had a large oil stain(hair spray i assume) on the front passenger headrest. WORST WORST EXPERIENCE!!
