Wrong key was ordered & I had pay for another key

I lost my car key. I took my car to VW Krugersdorp branch & the quotation was R3400,00(including Labour, key & coding). VW Westgate branch quotation was R3600,00. Then I towed the car to Krugersdorp because it is closer to my work place. After three day they( Krugersdorp ) told me that the key can't function, so they suspect there might be something wrong with the wearing. They wanted to strip the car to find the source of the problem, I refused. They told me I had to pay for the key (R2700,00) as it was ordered for me (even though it was not functioning). I took the car from them & towed it to Westgate. The technician at Westgate informed me that the reason why the key is not working is because Krugersdorp branch ordered the wrong key. I informed Krugersdorp & they went to get the key from Westgate sent it back to their supplier & the right key was delivered to Westgate. Only then the key functioned. I had to pay R3300,00 at Westgate. Had the Krugersdorp ordered the right key I would have paid between R3400 - R3600 but I eventually paid much more. I laid my complaint with the VW head office with fact that Krugersdorp cost me by ordering a wrong key because of them I paid Westgate a lot of money. Head office told me they spoke to both dealers & they said they charged me well. But had Krugersdorp ordered the right key I would have not spent that much. Extremely disappointed by head office VW. I sent the email with both quotations. And what I ultimately paid. Totally unhappy.
