Unhappy customer

I bought the T Roc R line 2.0 4 emotion from Mthatha NTT Mastercars Volkswagen in July 2023, since I was a demo car,there were few touch up needed to be done,some were attended to,some weren't bcoz,back then,they didn't hv all the resources. This year,they built a new premises incl having their own mechanics, service place etc. My problem is,they knew about the things that were needed to b fixed, booked the car,they were fixed using a warranty but, I hv bn complaining about the drivers leather seat that was torned way before cars delivery day(2023 July) . Seemingly,they r dragging their feet to fix because, they say,it's not under warranty. The reason,am complaining is,they knew abt it nd promised to hv it attended to when they r fully resourced. It's frustrating because,the damage is continuing everyday. How's it my problem now,now that ,the car has been delivered and driven for 9 months and them got their commission?
