Poor service from VW

I recently bought a VW Polo from NTT VW in East London.

Up to now they haven't registered and licensed it. They had more than a month to sort this out. The temp plates have expired. When I phoned this morning to inquire, the salesman couldn't bother to answer the phone.

Why the ducking and diving? Who's going to pay if I get fined for not having plates on the car?

You charged me R1300 to register and license the vehicle. Quick to take money but not so quick with the service.

I'm ever so sorry I purchased a VW, I certainly won't make that mistake again.
