Pathetic service NTT Volkswagen & Audi East London

Husband's car went in for assessment at VW due to car loosing power. He fetch his car yesterday afternoon just before 5pm from NTT Volkswagen & Audi in East London with a quotation for fixing the turbo. 5 Minutes after he got home, we smelled petrol fumes coming from the garage only to find out the petrol is leaking from the car and the car wont start. He called Gerhard Van Zyl and their Service Manager and explained the problem to them after which both of them told my husband its not VW's fault as their technicians did not work that side of the car and only looked at the engine and could see it is the turbo; it is not their problem. Car went in with no fuel and starting problems on Wednesday morning, 8 November and in the afternoon the car could not even start after it came straight from VW. We received no client service from VW as they did not even take into consideration that maybe the technicians checked the fuel system before they concluded the car has problems with the turbo. Fact still remains that my husbands car was in good working condition when it went in to VW and came out faulty and today my husband is trying to sort this out by himself with no assistance from VW. VW East London service is pathetic and they have poor client service. Their only concern is only to protect themselves and to cover up their mistakes.
