Pathetic servcice

Issue resolution and timeline.

Friday, 14 June:

The car was taken to Audi Paarl for an assessment due to a leak inside the car near the bonnet lever. The entire carpet was soaked, all windows fogged up daily, and the car began to smell because of the wet carpet. Initially, I was informed that the windscreen was leaking, so I paid an external company for an assessment, but this turned out to be incorrect. The car was booked in, but it sat outside the entire day without any attention. I passed Audi three times that day, and my car was in the same spot each time. At around 5 PM, I received a call stating that the assessment was complete and that the issue was a rubber leak in the sunroof. Thursday, 20 June:

With no communication from Audi, I followed up and requested a timeframe for the parts. They responded that they would provide an ETA as soon as possible. Monday, 24 June:

Audi responded, stating that the part would arrive between 9-12 July. Monday, 8 July:

The technician completed the repair, but the water leak persisted. A query was sent to the technical team in Germany. Tuesday, 9 July:

The technical team logged into the vehicle's data and awaited feedback. Wednesday, 10 July:

An adjustment was made, and they reported no more water damage (the draining pipe was blocked). I advised Audi to keep the car until the carpet was fixed and requested a report to submit to insurance. However, they insisted that the maintenance plan would cover it, and they would resolve the carpet issue. Despite this, the damp carpet continued to make the car smell and remained wet inside. Friday, 12 July:

I was informed that the cleaning company was cleaning the carpet. Monday, 15 July:

I collected the car. Friday, 25 July:

I sent a picture of the windscreen and the interior of the car showing the damp areas. Current Situation:

I have now been advised that the car needs to be booked in again, with the carpet to be removed and cleaned once more. This is unacceptable. Nearly two months have passed, and the issue has still not been resolved. I am still struggling with wet windows every day. Please advise on the next steps. I have two children, and this situation is negatively affecting their health. Despite informing Audi Paarl of this, the issue remains unresolved.

Many thanks, Kind regards.
