Parts availability Car Radio Polo Vivo

VW customer service and parts support is absolutely shocking. Simple replacement polo vivo car radio ordered early in April 2019 still has not arrived and 6 months later VW is still unable to advise when it will arrive. We were told that there is no stock in SA or Germany and that the radio is manufactured in Argentina, but no clue as to when it will finally arrive. Not even their Customer Interaction Centre can get a straight answer from Uitenhage or Centurion. One weak bureaucratic excuse after another. Every week a promise it will be delivered the next week.I could have paddled there and back by now! The staff either don't care or are so disempowered and the systems so dysfunctional that they can't be effective. Hello Peter is littered with frustrated VW customers.
