NTT VW Krugersdorp: Refusal to Fix existing and known fault on a Hilux Bakkie

NTT VW Krugersdorp refused to fix existing fault on Hilux Bakkie: I bought a Hilux Bakkie from the dealership together with a 2 year Warranty in 2017, but I got stuck without fuel in the first week after buying the car, even though the fuel gauge showed it still had a quarter tank of fuel left. When I took the bakkie for a service at Toyota, they said the fuel gauge was faulty and had to be replaced, but NTT said the warranty does not cover it. The issue is well known by many Hilux and Fortuner owners, I did research and found it to be a common fault. I visited the dealership, and spoke to the Dealer Manager, workshop manager, sales person, they said they would try to assist, but they never assisted. The issue is a known problem on the car model, but they are aware that the issue existed on the specific bakkie when I bought it from them. The issue is pending or has been forgotten about by the dealership. Furthermore, I considered myself to be a good customer, who would get assistance, In 2017 and 2018 I bought 3 cars from the dealership in total.
