NTT VW East London Disgusting Service

I am utterly heart broken and disappointed in NTT VW East London. I bought a car from them in January this year, pre-owned cash. From the onset I had issues and I escalated to them. Now 8months later and the car is completely dead. Booked it in twice. First time they just charged the battery, second time, they replaced the alternator, and again now. The sales manager who assisted is no where to be found. Didn't even bother to call. I'm being sent from pillar to post and now everyone hasn't even bothered to assist. I assume once the sale is done then all is well. Dealer principal also no where and no one cares. I a. So disappointed, I had so much faith and trust in VW and I will never ever come or recommend anyone to VW.
