NTT Volkswagen sucks

I took my car in for service. When I got it back my car carpet was torn. When I reached out to the consultant and the Car Principal I was told it is wear and tear.

My question is why did my carpet not tear when I usually wash my car and remove the carpet.

Their service suck and I would never recommend anyone to take their car for service or anything. Even their car wash sucks because ur car will come back still dirty

The principal was suppose to give me another carpet but I am still waiting.
