NTT VOLKSWAGEN

Very poor service I got from NTT Volkswagen Kimberley my car was brought to them on Monday the 10th I got a call that it will be fixed with 3 days I call on Tuesday i was told the part will arrive on Wednesday , on Wednesday I called again they told me Thursday , today they telling me the part was short delived I must wait again for Friday which I think it's a big lie . I flew from Johannesburg to get my car only to be told I will get it tomorrow . This made me loose interest with the whole Volkswagen I will never buy anything from them as they are useless . Just because off NTT Volkswagen I will never visit them ever again in my life
