HUGE LETDOWN BY VW AND ROAD ASSIST

THIS the worst dealership to get a breakdown in its town. Breakdown 6 days ago. Was promised part would be replaced by today and now I sit without a car and nobody bothered to even pick up a phone to let me know there is delay despite 6 days into this. VWSA roadside assist days " there's nothing they can do. How do you not have a plan in place when hour brand new units breakdown?
