Complaint

The service has been nothing but pathetic. Sent a vehicle for repairs, the car has been with them for 11 days, today being the 11th day. Intially I was supposed to fetch the vehicle last week Thursday and upon arrival I was told that the car had not been inspected. We agreed that I would collect the car on Saturday. Saturday I was told the part had been ordered and that my car would be completed on Monday the 24th of February. The car has been in their possession since the 13th of February. I have been without a car for the past 11 days and the car is still under warranty.
