Car inspection

Before purchasing my vehicle at NTT Volkswagen Paarl i received excellent service. The paperwork and banking application was a smooth process. A week after purchasing the vehicle in September 2018 i reported a faulty radio, noisy breaks and a squeaking sound while driving.

These issues has been process since October 2018. It is almost a year later and i am still sitting with the exact same issues. They simply say 'We do not have a car available if we take yours for a inspection'.

Is the brand under resourced or do they simply have POOR after purchase service delivery.

I am truly disappointed in the service i received up until today.
