Bad service

Hi I'm Xolile from East London eastern cape , Last week 03/07/2019 I bought 3set of bolt for my vw touran costing R1201,75 . Sales person Ameer Wookay , he placed an Order for them saying they will arrive today Monday 08/07/2019 . I've been calling them 9 times n call is being ignored no response even the info lady sounds bored about the calls . My car is only waiting for those bolts to be done. Till now no one has called me to tell me anything.
