Bad Attitude

I am greatly disappointed by the lack of acknowledgement, respect nor customer service from your service vehicle bookings employee-Kevin. On Thursday the 21/09/2017 morning just after 7am, I booked my Polo Vivo into the workshop for front brake pads replacement. On arrived at the front of the workshop entrance the barricades were still up with locks on as the workshop was still closed. My vehicle together with 3 other vehicles who got there early formed a straight line with the help from one of the security guards. A guy by the name-Kevin approached, went ahead to open the workshop doors as we all patiently waited he then came forward unlocking and putting down the barricades. On his hand signal he called front vehicles forward into the workshop, unfortunately for me the last barricade on the left hand side was still up and as I drove forth and drove straight into it and at that point Kevin puts up a STOP hand signal saying this a bit late as at that point my front bumper was fully jammed into the barricade. Still confused as to what was happening, I immediately stopped, my cousin who was at the time with me in the car quickly jumped out of the passenger side to see what was happening and I then followed. After seeing the damage to the vehicle, Kevin also comes forward, not a word out of his mouth (worst kind of lack of empathy) I then asked him why did he put up a signal calling us forward if not all the barricades where down as from the vehicle you can't see them; and his only response was that he did not call me and only called the 3 vehicles as (this of course was a blatant lie) he wanted to form 3 lines It was clear to me that Kevin knew exactly what he wanted to do in his mind and didn't bother explaining to any of us of what his intention was and assumed I would understand what he planned to do. very arrogantly dealt with the situation. A human being would say a mere sorry when you realize something bad has happened to another person. There was a great sense of disrespect from this guy, not even a hello when he came to help me check-in the car ( customer culture). Did not even acknowledge the incident and removed himself completely from the situation. when I eventually asked him what would be happening and if he acknowledges what he has done he clearly told me that "nothing will be done as the dealer cannot help me, asked me if I had insurance for my vehicle to take my car to the panel beaters at my costs to be fixed" the audacity of this ill mannered person. The guy was highly dis-interested and too an extent very cheeky which clearly showed on his face as he opened those locks and when looked up at me as was kneeling trying to force the front grill into place, he definitely was not having a great day. Guess who suffers! ME a paying customer. My vehicle has been damaged, the front LHS has a deep scratch and the grill has ****ed off. I am a very loyal VW customer and this is unacceptable behavior.
