Unhappy client with the service at VW NTT Krugersdorp.

I am completely unsatisfied and ungrateful to have bought car at Ntt Krugrsdorp hence my concern are not amended and the treatment has made me feel uncertain.

I received my car on the 28th of April 2023 and noticed that my car had a bad sound when I was driving down a steep road. I called Charlie and told him about it on the 24th of May 2023 and he arranged for the driver to pick up the car on the 25th of may 2023 for it to be serviced, however I am still experiencing the same issue. Called Charlie on the 1st of July 2023 to notify him again of the issue and he said that the person who was fixing the car said that there is nothing wrong with the car. So on the 9th June 2023 I decided to take my car to Suzuki for diagnosis and inspection and only to find out that my car has a lot of issues that have to be sorted out. My car is not yet even three months old and it already due for a 90 000km service. I received it on the 28th April 2023 to date. The service book says the car was due for service last year August 2022 prior to me purchasing it and it a pre-owned car.

I will appreciate if this matter can not just noted but resolved with immediate affect hence it’s troubling the reason I bought vehicle because the vehicle I need is not helpful but troubleshooting.
