NTT Volkswagen krugersdorps bad cars ND services

I bought a car from them,kept on hearing a sound on the engine,took it for service 3 times and told them about it.they told me they checked and it was fine. Now it's out of THEIR WARRANTY now they want to take the engine down and check.i complained to the manager and he did nothing about i***** poor workmanship and service I wouldn't advise anyone to use their services.planning to report them to the goods and services ombudsman.
