Unhappy customer due to poor service

Poorest of the poor service I have ever experienced when service my car. Left my car around 9h40 am, No update on the progress the entire day untill I realise its closer to thier closing time 17h30. Then i call them to mak a follow up at around 16h45, service advisor by the name Dina was no where to answer my call. The worse out of, is the condition i found my car at when fetch; dirty never been wash, even worse than i left. When I've ask old filters they took it out, I've been told i need to bring plastic bag so that they can put on it for me. Let allone they dont have shuttle services like all other VW. I make VW SA accoutable to allow such negligence on poor service. I am now concerned on the level of work has done to my car. Unhappy customer.
