Poor services from Service advisor

Poor service from service advisor went in for warranty claim,paid for the diagnostics of my car,i was supposed to be emailed invoice,so that i can claim it back for warranty cover,my sales advisor never even followed up with me on the messages i left for him,with reception.Six days of leaving messages and no reply. I thank you Fundeka Mletshe (Fundi) for the excellent assistance and patience.
