Poor customer service from VW NTT EL

I bought a new Polo TSI in January 2019. In Jan 2021 it had a problem of power loss, and that was resolved. Again Jan 2022 the same problem came back and it was attended. Now Jan 2024 still thhe same problem of power loss iis back. Why would a new car have the me problem for 3 tiimes. VW NTT EL failed to serve me for this problem. It was not supposed to come back if it was done perfectly from the start. I need VW to replace this clutch urgently.
