EPC DISPLAY ON A FAIRLY NEW POLO VIVO (6MONTHS OLD)

My polo vivo 2020 model is almost eight months old and NTT VW East London has been the worst at assisting me with the problem. The car displayed EPC and that traction control sign when it was 6months old. They took it for 4days , it came back with the sign. I called them again, they wanted to take it again without even giving me a courtesy car. I escalated the matter to VW South Africa, they said they cannot assist me if I do not agree with my dealership.
