Frustrated customer

I bought a Nissan NP200 online which was delivered on the 17th of December ,its permit was expiring on the 3rd of January 2025.I was promised that I would get the Registration Number before the expiry date. Today is the 6th of February I have not yet received the Registration Number. I am currently paying for the compulsory vehicle insurance for the vehicle that is parked in the garage since the 4th of January 2025.
