WORST SERVICE EVER

My wife bought a car and as a first time buyer she was told false information about the car. A VW Polo hatchback Demo. 1. She was told the car has a two years service plan. Which is a big fat lie. And the manager is the one who gave this false information. He admitted to it when I confronted him and he paid for the first service. The sales man reminded him about the service plan and He told us that he is only human and made a mistake. 2. Recently we discovered the front tyre was fixed twice and it was never mentioned when the car was sold. We called the dealership about the tyre and he asked us to drive to the dealership to refund the money used to buy the tyre. We went to the dealership only to be told again that he is only hunan.
