Worst service ever

<p>I bought a car last year in June 2016 at NTT Volkswagen abbotsford. I was assisted by Dinga who told me that the car I was buying had a service plan. When I took the car for service in October 2016, I was told that the car had no service plan. I went to NTT VW abbotsford and spoke to Paul Kok who is his manager, they arranged to pay for the first service and they did after a month of me ruuning around. They promised to purchase a service plan for the vehicle as they thought it did have it when I bought it. They have not done that until now. I have been running around, calling them and sending emails to enquire about whats happening but they always say they are waiting for a quote from motorite. Does it really take a year to get a quote from this motorite. The car was due for service at 75000 but they couldnt care less, it's now on 89000 and they are still giving me a run around. if they had not said the car had a service plan, I would have looked at other options.</p>
