Will never use NTT VW Krugersdorp in this lifetime again!

Absolutely disgusting service, if I had the option to drive further to another dealership I would have! Booked my vehicle for major repairs on Thursday 24/03/2022 and was explained that certain parts needed to be sourced and that it would be delivered and fitted by the latest Monday 28/03/2022. Today is Tuesday and I am now told I should only expect to have my vehicle repaired tomorrow for different reasons. The parts are either delivered and cracked or some parts are still not delivered. I've had to make alternative arrangements to get my daughter's to their doctor appointments which is a HUGE inconvenience and the staff at NTT VW Krugersdorp who I am liaising with don't seem to understand this. My situation is handled like a tick-box exercise with no empathy for exceptional circumstances. NTT VW Krugersdorp you really need to try harder to listen especially when you are paid a exorbitant amount for a service!
