Very very upset

<p>I have a golf 7 gti that is almost brand new has around 33000km on it. I have taken the car in as there was a very bad rattle coming from the sunroof. The noise is so bad you can hear it with the music on. They have refused to replace the sunroof and they have taken the car in around 7 times already now and have replaced every part of the sunroof. But still the rattle is there. This is after months and months of struggling with them and being inconvenienced as we never had a car to use when it was in to be checked for days and days at a time. Now I'm being told that they can motivate the issue if there is a sound recording of the rattle. Which I recorded. but then there is too much background noise and now the vehicle is out of warranty because we are given excuses each time. Each time its the same excuses. I would not recommend using NTT as a service centre. This is absolutely ridiculous. We have 3 VW cars in our household alone and we have never ever struggled like this before with any vehicle for such a simple matter. We have been hugely inconvenienced for something that could have been sorted out from the beginning. VW South Africa was also of no help so I have no idea where to turn to. Very very upset by this.</p>
