Very Bad Sales and ********* vehicle transaction .

I would like to bring it under your attention that the service for Fran Kruger at the use car department is UTTERY POOR. The way she speaks to people after the deal is done is terrible and the deal that was doen is completely the opposite of what I asked for. A vehicle that advertised for R 289 900.00 was loaded with extras for more then R 34 500.00. Breakdown of all the extras Service & Delivery - R 6500.00 Roll Bar - R17 250.00 Step - R 17 250.00 Window Break-in Protection R 4200.00 Initial fueling cost of R 2200 . 00 was added and I picked up the vehicle myself at the dealership. License Fee - R 2200.00 Initial Fee - 1207.50 All this accessories was already on the vehicle before the purchased was made. I am busy to cancel the deal with my finance provider and will never advice anyone to do business with Fran Kruger. To the rest of the dealer ship , you have been help full so far and It`s a pity to have to put the whole Dealership to shame just because of Fran Kruger.

I have also contacted the Ombudsman regarding this matter and will also take it up with the head office of NTT.
