Vehicle cannot be fixed

<p>Good day Sir/Madam</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Below its my story with NTT Volkswagen East London, please assist me because I am confused what do know.</p> <p>You can contact me on ********** 501.</p> <p> </p> <p>PROBLEM: Vehicle needs to be refilled with coolant every second day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not understand how you people operate, I took in this vehicle for the same problem and you changed the water pump and that could not resolve the problem and that cost R6000. Secondly I send the vehicle back and you suspected that cylinder gasket was damage, and you striped the vehicle and replaced the gasket and that cost R49000 and it could not resolve the problem. Now it’s a intake cooler and I must pay for that again, this is unacceptable. You must fix that vehicle at your own cost.</p> <p>I am seeking a legal route for the problem, because we cannot be a victim of your bad technical fault finding technics.
