Unsatisfactory service from NTT Mokopane

I took my car for service and my car was find and when I drove out brake pads were worned and even damaging the disc on the driver front wheel. If the brake pads were worned why only one wheel cable tie of the wheel cap on the drivers side were cut and the left from wheel not checked. This happens for the second time. I changed new brake pads on the 30th July 2021 and on the 28th Sept 2021 one brake pads is finished? Invoice number is 10U21471 and can be contacted any time.
