unsatisfactory service

<p>I bought a pre owned audi A1 2013 model from Vw abbortsford eastlondon in october 2016.Upon the purchase of the i was promised that they will take in the car for a free service.After two weeks of the purchase i took the car for a service and by that time it was already showing orange icons o the dashboard which was an indication of some faults in the car.the service rep Khanyi from audi who was doing the service did diognise the problem and indicated that they are still waiting for Paul's (the manager at Vw abbortsford)authorisation.Till todae nothing has been done.i am sick and tired of calling them.the salesman i was dealing with was sinethemba cwaka</p> <p> </p>
