Unprofessional Conduct by Dealer Principal at Isuzu NTT Group

I am extremely disappointed by the behaviour of the dealer principal at the Isuzu NTT Group branch.

We were given written confirmation that they would accept our Standard Bank fleet card authorization. However, upon arrival, we were turned away. Even after explaining that we would be returning with the swop-enabled fleet card on Monday, they made it clear that no assistance would be given.

What made this worse was the dealer principal's attitude—completely dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. There was no attempt to help, no courtesy shown, and no accountability for their prior commitment.

This kind of conduct from someone in a leadership position is unacceptable. We will not be returning, and I strongly caution other customers and businesses to avoid this dealership until they address their customer service standards.
