Unhappy Customer

I bought a Mazda BT50 from Nissan Bloemfontein and it's hardly a year and the battery is dead, now I reported the matter to them and I'm being delayed the whole time and being told they will attend to me but nothing happens. I even exhausted my callouts from my insurance due to this matter
