Unexplained contractual agreement

My sister bought a car from NTT Toyota. They did not explain anything that she was signing. They took her car for trade in and never told her how much the car was taken for and they refuse to give her the paper work they just gave her the quotation of the new car. They even told her the car would have a radio and it never came with a radio she took it back for the radio to be fitted and they installed a after market radio with one speaker seriously one speaker. She is hating every bit and piece of that car because of the expirence. Terrence one of the managers there also was not of help. These dealership that do this should loose their dealer codes because they do not anderstand the meaning of a contract and how to explain all the clauses to a customer hence they should use an FNI. She did not even sign the contract through with the FNI. Seriously disappointed. The people of South Africa should find out about this. I know you want to make sales but make them in the right way. I hope this will be attended to urgently.
