TERRIBLE SERVICE - NTT HONDA NEWCASTLE

I recently bought a demo model Hinda BRV from dealer. From outset I told salesperson I would only buy from them if they could facilitate personalized plates. After dodging me for months, dealer principal first informed me salesperson was ill. Then said they don't do personalized plates. Now when I tried to do so myself, I find out car needs C.O.R. On a brand new vehicle. So now I have to drive a brand new vehicle that is *******ly on road
