terrible after sales service

<p>Purchased a vehicle from NTT Volkswagen East London in Abbotsford from Boyce Stishi. A month later i realised the service book and manual were not in the car. Sent numerous requests to Paul Kok who is the manager there, still do not have the books today and my car is due for service. Paul eneded up not taking my calls after h promised the books were to be delivered in January. Suddenly my emails were never answered again and whenever i called i was told he was busy on another call he would return my call, he never ever did. i resorted to sending an email to the dealer principal G. van Zyl who never to this date responded to my email and the manual and service book are still with them. i have wated so much time and effort calling, emailing to get this matter sorted but because the car isnt in their showroom any more, nobody cares because the sale went through and they are chasing new sales now :( . So dissapointed with their lack of service and simply chasing sales especially from managers!!!</p>
