Bought a car in 2023 from them suzuki expresso took it for the first service last year 2024 in January as they said it comes with two service plans early this year 2025 Jan went to book in a service they returned us back saying they don’t owe us any service because the first service was cancelled I don’t know how because by the the car was only 2 months old now they making the sales man to pay for the service of the car from his own pocket whilst suzuki South Africa registered the cars without informing the dealership today the making the poor guy to pay for their own dirty job even the suzuki South Africa said they won’t service the car only if we pay cash I don’t know why they doing this because they can just service the car as they promised that it comes with two years service plan now they not fulfilling their promises to be honest their service is really bad.
