****** by NTT VW King Williams Town

I bought a 2018 VW POLO GTI online from this company NTT VW KING WILLIAMS TOWN and upon receipt the vehicle had a noise when it reverses. I told them of the noise and they said that I would be fixed. After visiting VW dealership for 6 months with different fixes being attempted, NTT VW KWT told me that the vehicle had a Characteristic of the Vehicle noise and that I had to accept it as such. I complained with the MIOSA to no avail and they refused to replace or refund me the purchase price of the vehicle. I have been ****** by NTT VW KING WILLIAMS TOWN as I am now stuck with a defective vehicle that can't be repaired and has reduced in value as compared to other 2018 VW POLO GTIs without the noise.
