NTT VW Heidelburg sales team valued me as a customer. I was contacted and informed with every detail of the process of buying the car, even though there was a similar car within the dealer but different in colour they didn't enforce me to take it instead they asked me if i would rather go for it, even though I said no they stillvwent on to find the exact colour I wanted. I was so made happy when they made transport available without considering the distance I of where I was.
