Poor service

Never buy a car from this dealership especially when you organizing your finance, the bank provided me with a delivery note, they wanted me to sign the delivery note with out taking the car, they said they need to be paid 1st before they release the car. Payment was done and the proof of payment was sent to them, when I try calling the finance and insurance Manger the phone goes on voice mail. The sales person told me now he needs authorization to release the vehicle even though I have a proof of payment. This is the worst experience I have went through when buying a car. The dealership I am dealing with is NTT Suzuki Bloemfontein.
