Poor Customer Care /lack professionalism

Sales consultant at Audi need to treat customers better spoke to the consultant gave the documents and infor he did not help or even give the feed back of my application instead I was phoned by another sales person from VW Asking for same information I forwarded to the first one .I think they lose best customers who very loyal to the VW and Audi brand feedback is very important to customers.
