Pathetic service by Jan

I took my car for major service last week Wednesday 23 September .I told them that my car slide or often loose control as I am driving and they told me it was wheel alignment And I told them to get it fixed.I paid R5300 cash for everything. Two days later my car had the same problem of sliding and this time making a loud noise as i turn.i took the car back and they discovered that the bald that holds the bull joins was loose and has damaged the bull joints when i asked why it was not noticed when i took the car for serve Jan who was rude told me that ,i code"we dont have the whole day to check everything on the car"so i asked my self what was the point of taking the car there if they won't check everything. The sad part is that they want me to buy a bull joint and pay for labour again.
