NTT VW Mastercars EL...I am disappointed

On 25 February 2016, I collected my first car from NTT VW Mastercars on Cambridge Street, East London. I was so excited and thought the sales consultant who had assisted was friendly and efficient. His name is Martin Magidela, by the way.<br> <br> On 26 February 2016, while driving up the North East Expressway on Pearce Street, Berea, East London, the clutch started giving me problems. At first, the car wouldn't go forward in the first gear and when it finally started driving I smelt burning smoke. I parked on side of road and contacted my Insurer, who was very helpful. At same time, I also contacted the sales consultant who had assisted me, as I was in a panic and didn't know what was happening. Instead of calming me down he flat out said I was a bad driver and the clutch was damaged because of my driving. He didn't say we should wait for assessor's report or reassure me. So if you're looking for peace of mind and friendly service...pray you do not deal with someone as rude as Martin Magidela of NTT Mastercars in East London. Guess there's some truth to the stereotype that some sales personel only care about their commission. They may pretend to care but they're just making sale.
