NTT VW Kimberley - Stay away

After calling Louis Barnes from NTT I'm even more disappointed. He just told me that the DP is trying to assist which is fine, but from he's side he was blunt to say"go fetch your car". Not even sorry still busy with the matter after talking to him in the beginning of May 2019. No urgency what so ever!
