NTT VOLKSWAGEN STELLENBOSCH SHOCKING SERVICE!

PLEASE GOOGLE INTRODUCE 0 STAR RATINGS AS NTT STELLENBOSCH IS WORTHY OF THIS REVIEW.

I made an appointment with VW Stellenbosch on the 23/05/2019, they were quick to inform me on how much the major service would be and that I had to be there at 07:30 am 24/05/2019 to book my car in (GREEDY FOR MONEY). The consultant was very interested in getting me there and quoting me with a substantial amount, She also mentioned that I am on their record books as I dealt with them in 2014 . I reside in Bellville and had to drive through to Stellenbosch just for the servicing of my car. After my car was booked in, I am informed by their representative that the Service Manager informed her that they cannot service my car due to them not working on this specific model anymore and problems with ordering parts etc.

Question that I have is why tell me yes my car can be serviced and put me through all the effort on getting my car there, then afterwards tell me "Sorry we cannot help you" TERRIBLE, WORST EVER SERVICE AND *********** STAFF. Do believe I will I will make it my mission to advertise this BAD SERVICE rendered by NTT VOLKSWAGEN STELLENBOSCH! I WILL PUT IN A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS DEALER AND WILL ESCALATE THIS MATTER TO THE OMBUDSMAN!
