NTT Volkswagen Stellenbosch

<p>On Monday 6th of March 2017 I saw an add for an 2010 VW CC for R159,900.00 with 80 000 km on the clock advertise on Cars.co.za.I then app**** for the vehcile, and on the Tuesday afternoon I phoned the salesman and not finding him at the dealership, spoken to there business manager. He then said to me that the deal was approved. Later in the day the salesman phoned and said that the deal was pre-approved and that they were waiting for the contract. Cars.co.za send me an customer survey mail asking if I was happy with the deal, but now the price shows R209,995.00. I phoned the salesman asking if there were problems on Wednesday 8th of March, and he rep**** by saying there were no problems and that they were waiting for the contract. This morning I get a mail saying the this vehcile has been sold for cash last Saturday by another salesman and that this vehcile is not availible anymore. I phoned the salesman, and his answer to me was that you get an 1st and 2nd option on deals. My question is why did'nt he told me about this from the beginning, and why not be honest with there clients? </p>
