NTT VOLKSWAGEN PAARL- EMPTY PROMISES MAJOR WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

<p>I arranged to have my Polo vehicle still under warranty checked out for faulty electronics at NTT Volkswagen in Paarl on 30/9/16. I was told to be there at 7.20 on the dot -the technician would do a diagnostic on the car while I waited. I arrived at 7.am. They opened at 7.15. From 7.15-7.45, not a single person at the service centre attended to me. This despite the fact that:-</p> <p>1.I was there; 2.I clearly waited for someone to help me;3.At inquiries I was told the service centre people are th ones to assist me.</p> <p>In stead, one of the service centre people talked loudly to a friend about a very nice weekend away, totally ignoring me while I was clearly waiting to be attended to and person after person who arrived after me to bring their cars in for service, was attended to.</p> <p>I have now decided to sell my vw vehicle as I simply do not have the time to be ignored by VW Garages.</p> <p>This has been very very frustrating especially given that I travelled 30 kms to Paarl to have my car attended to and had to leave empty handed with a still broken vehicle.</p>
