NTT Volkswagen Paarl

I have never been treated with such disrespect and unhelpful behaviour by any dealership before, I have purchased a vehicle from NTT Volkswagen Paarl and had countless problems since purchasing vehicle. This is classified as a "master" car from this dealership 2 months ago. The problems include. 1. My current vehicle was sold to me with a number of scratches and dents on the bumper. 2. I have had to wait for weeks for my number plates after sale 3. This vehicle is producing an excessive amount of smoke from the exhaust when I notified the dealership they said they will attend to it. 4. The engine warning light came on to the extent that I could not drive the vehicle without stopping and switching the vehicle off 3 times before reaching the dealership. Upon my arrival they were more upset that I brought the vehicle in with such dissatisfaction.
